Great walking pad does the job and feel sturdy

Love it, it's basically like a treadmill without the elevated board, easy to manage with the app.

5 for the equipment, very strong, well worth it but 3 for the app and very slow support. Which you can improve. The app doesn't count steps below 3.5 km/h. The app doesn't connect to my Hume Band even tho it says it's connected to. The app always require us to connect to the equipment, which is annoying.

I’ve only had this for two weeks but so far I’ve used it 8 times for just over 30 minutes each session. I’m 72 and my daughter got me a beagle to get me out walking more. We don’t walk - we stroll, then he sniffs around for 5 minutes - every ten yards. Now I use the walking pad when we get home.
The Merach is remarkably quiet and comfortable to do a fast walk on. It took me a while to get used to walking on a pad but after a few days I seem to have got the hang of it. If you’re new to walking pads just make sure you have plenty of free space around the pad in case you fall off. A nearby door frame or something to hang on to if you need it might be a good idea.
The W50 came adequately pre-oiled and in generally good condition thanks to good packaging. One exception - the remote. I don’t know if it was damaged during shipping or came from the factory improperly assembled. The module inside the remote casing was dislodged and as a result the transmitter LED at the top of the module had fallen deep inside and was therefore unable to send a signal to the machine. I debated about sending the remote back for replacement but decided to carefully separate the casing and put the module back in place at the risk of affecting the warranty. I was able to do so and it’s now working flawlessly.
I’m very happy with my purchase so far. I’ll try to update in a few months if possible.

I love it and would recommend! Easily moves in and out from under my desk, incline is a feature I was really keen on and it works well, speed options match my needs, belt feels strong, no complaints overall, and the product is high quality and as described.

I really like the incline and speed of this walking pad. It feels sturdy and fits into my small space. I’m giving it a 4 because even though it maxes out at speed 4 I would like it to have a foldable bar to hold onto. I also feel like the app should be updated because it doesn’t have this specific model to follow alone to workouts with.
I would recommend this purchase to others.
